Ege Consulting consultants collect data through document reviews, interviews with relevant employees and field inspections in order to examine the scaffolding processes in the workplace under the following main headings;
· Planning of scaffolding processes
o Scaffolding procedure
o Scaffolding installation methods
o Scaffolding installation / dismantling plans and strength calculations
o Scaffolding studies risk assessments
o Scaffolding crew training planning
o Scaffolding equipment storage and transportation conditions
· Scaffolding applications
o Employee competencies
§ Scaffolding team
§ Scaffolding supervisors
§ Scaffolding inspectors
o Scaffolding equipment evaluation
o Scaffolding equipment storage and transportation conditions
o Adequacy of field supervision of the dismantling works
o Examining the existing sampled scaffolds in the field
· Audit, monitoring, performance measurement
o Scaffolding inspection processes
o Periodic maintenance and inspection processes of scaffolding equipment
o Reported non-compliance with scaffold safety
o Inspection of scaffolds sampled in the field
· Prevention and continuous improvement
