To be able to analyze employee expectations and define their methods of increasing their motivation for safe working,

To define the basic behaviors of OHS leaders,

To be able to express the basic requirements for leadership in the field of OHS in a workplace-specific manner,

It is aimed to actively take part in the risk assessment team.
